The U.S. Federal Government and qualified U.S. Government Contractors Only
U.S. Government Contractors are entitled to the GSA prices only if they can
provide a "Letter of Authorization" with their purchase order. A "Letter of Authorization" is a letter provided to the Government Contractor from the Federal Government and references a particular contract number that they are working on together. It basically states that the Government Contractor may need to purchase certain items from GSA contracts to satisfy the requirements of the contract that they are working on together.
If a letter cannot be provided then the Government Contractor must purchase at the State Government price.
